Very good service. Managed to get keys cut from a broken key that work well. The price was very reasonable and the guy was polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Went to get a key cut, customer getting served was receiving a replacement key as the original one purchased failed to work (red flag). Owner pointed out that my key was slightly cracked & a replacement may not work as a result but assured me I would be refunded if that was the case. Turns out that the key DIDN'T work, so I returned, he was rude to me & refunded my 2.50 begrudgingly. I then went to Timpsons, asked if the crack would hinder the key cutting, was assured it wouldn't & was informed of their no quibble refund policy. I paid 10 for 2 keys which would have cost 7-7.50 individually, so it was a bargain, yes, it was more expensive than the Park Place shop but I would not return to Park Place again due to the sub standard, poor quality service received but also due to the chip-on-the-shoulder attitude of the owner. Previously I used to get my boots repaired from there but even they were repaired shoddingly & fell apart quickly as a result. I couldn't be bothered to return them & threw them away instead. It has to be said that you get what you pay for, I would DEFINITELY not be returning there again & would advise anyone else to stay away also.
