Lovely saddle but terrible service,fitters unrealiable and saddle fitted incorrectly, causing a serious fall. Horse currently been off 5 months as fitter never returns messages and can't afford to shell out for another saddle, very disappointing

Avoid using Nancy Walker who fits for this company. I ordered 3 so called made to measure saddles. Non fitted from day one. She returned to adjust but failed to make them fit. I ended up with one requiring an anti slip pad and crupper and it still slipped She over flocked them all stretching the serge panels and maki g them all asymmetrical as well as causing the leather to split round the stirrup bar on one both sides and the saddle tree point to come out due to stitching failing. None of the saddles were found to be fit for purpose on any horse. She offered a refund but refused to pay return postage and refused to allow me to return them to her myself. She then offered to pay postage but reduced the offer significantly. Then refused any refund when I refused that offer but maintained I would hand deliver . The case ended up in court and the judge ruled in my favour David Johnson was contacted but refused to be involved stating they dont deal with the public The saddles are not good quality How on earth you can make a saddle from just three measurements of a horse is beyond me The sweat panels are poor quality and dont cushion the buckle from the girth so horse will feel it Serge panel stretches out of shape when flocked Bought for 1k from fitter who couldnt fit the saddles and bodged it to try make it fit trained by the owner!!(they dont even use a real horse or a dummy horse in training) But they are sold to fitter for 300 approx Cheap saddles not built to last. Id avoid like the plague You are told they are fully adjustable absolutely not. If the tree doesnt fit the saddle wont fit. They dont stock sufficient trees If you complain to the owner he ignores you As they say buy cheap you get cheap Training for fitters not adequate back door way of being a saddle fitter. If you value your horse and your safety dont buy from this company. But if you want a Cheap saddle that wont last if your horse changes the tiniest amount go ahead

Fantastic service, took a saddle to be repaired was out in 30 minutes they did it there and then and were so helpful and friendly, really excellent company
