        Absolutely perfect, I've always been apprehensive regarding agencies but D/Owen are spot on, all of the Walsall team do exactly as they say they'll do, I was the first person D/Owen placed within this company but we now have 8 people with them plus myself, absolutely spot on. Long may we continue.

        Not good at all. I spoke to Danielle on the Friday about a job role and sent over my CSCS card and passport as requested on whatsapp. I messaged on the Monday asking what was happening with the job and if it had gone to another person to consider me for something else. She didn't no which job I was asking about so I had to tell her which vacancy it was then I was completely ignored.
