        Customer service at this branch is shocking! Other customers were being yelled at as well as many being ignored. I was waiting there for 20 minutes as I had an issue with the connectivity, not one staff member was willing to help. If you want high quality instant prints, go to boots next door, 0.48p per print, thank me later

        Worst customer service. Every time I have visited the shop, the staff are always rude. They speak in a rude manner and they serve you in a rude manner. Terrible energy as soon as you walk in.

        I went here for my passport photo and got to say I've never known 3 ladies so helpful and friendly. They were lovely. I had to go in twice as the first time I was wearing the wrong colour, which I didn't know. Went back the next day. Thank you ladies you gave a five-star service. Also had pics printed for a calendar, and they even printed them as I hadn't got a clue. Definitely recommend.
