Al Shafa Pharmacy

Apart from their opening times this pharmacy has little to no redeeming qualities. I've seen more professionalism in McDonalds frankly. staff are very disorganized which is dangerous when dealing with PRESCRIPTION medications, only the main guy working there seems qualified & everyone else has no clue what they're doing. No one answers the phone ever. Half the time their delivery guy has medication that should have been kept in store and vice versa. And the items are the most overpriced in the whole area for pharmacies. Wouldn't bother coming here unless absolutely necessary. Do better.

Pathetic and rude counter service , badly need good costumer dealing training, specially the young guy, by attitude may be owner son, whatever he need to learn how to talk first, otherwise wil ruined dad business soon, everything overpriced , best to go somewhere else
