Hair Of The Dog

Been going to this groomers for months thinking they were taking good care of my dog. Have now came to my attention my dog has severe ingrown nail!! Which would have been because they hadnt been cut every month, regardless of paying for this service! Now my dog will have to have the nail removed and put on antibiotics after raising the price too! Never going back. Ive gave two stars because its fair to say my dogs hair itself was well groomed but the negligence for their nails has caused a health issue be careful

Efficient, kind and gentle. Just what my dog needed as he is scared of having his nails done. I will visit again.

I took my two schnauzers for a bath and dry as they had both gotten a bit stinky! Upon drop off one was a little nervous but the staff welcomed both with fusses and soon they were both eager to head on in. They were done within an hour and when I collected them they looked much better and smelled great! I am a groomer myself and I could tell how much the ladies all love the dogs ! I am very happy with the service I and my dogs received, I l will definitely be back!

Very very poor service . Cancelled a long standing appointment the day before because they have stopped doing chows chows because of anxiety of the staff. So a day booked off work wasted . They have groomed my dog before without issue, but now making a blanket decision based on breed rather than the dog. Had they given me some notice then , even though the decision to refuse a breed is very questionable, I would have accepted it. If a whole breed is causing anxiety amongst staff then that is a staffing issue- wromg people in the job. Absolutely no thought for the poor dog here.
