KK Training

Kris is an excellent trainer and is obviously motivated by seeing clients achieve their goals. I have exceeded my expectations of an overally toned body and increased core strength in about 12 sessions. Physically, I feel better after KK training than I felt after chiropractic treatment. My neck & shoulder pain is gone, and at a competitive price. Kris comes highly recommended.

Kris was recommended to me by another personal trainer (high praise indeed!) and I've now been training with him for nearly 6 months. With repeated lockdowns and a house move I hadn't stepped foot in a gym for 2 years and can honestly say that Kris has made the experience enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy, injury prevention, fitness & strength progression and he brings a real coaching and growth mindset to our sessions. Highly recommend Kris and his expertise if you're looking for a PT who is invested in your fitness and wellbeing goals!

I've been with kriss since March this year and I have seen a big improvement. He is very understanding and has alot of knowledge about the ins out outs of training which no other P.T. I've had has. I've had back pains etc and the way he can sort it he should be a doctor. I just want to say thank you and I would highly recommend if u don't believe etc the above try him and I can safely say u won't be disappointed!!!!

Kris is a great trainer with passion. We have been working together for almost a year and it has helped me to achieve my sports goals. Gives you a great dose of motivation whenever you need it and contact with him is super easy. it is impressive how much knowledge he has got and is still developing himself. Fully recommend:)
