Bought 500 bubble envelopes from this company. 400 arrived in a protective card box but 100 of them had been attached to the side without any protection causing them to bend/crease making them useless to me (I will not be sending them out to my own customers they will be recycled instead, its a DISGRACE a professional packaging company would send them out in this state to their own customers in this way, just to save money not wanting to use a larger box to protect ALL envelopes). The envelopes I had purchased also where the wrong sizing, after emailing and explaining all of the above they said that if I wanted a refund I would have to send them back (which I would have to pay for, for something which was their fault in the first place). They also said the sizing of the envelopes where correct, even though I had bought envelopes from them before at the SAME sizing, but one was able to fit inside of the other envelope (so clearly different sizing). They then started to ignore all of my emails sent to them. I wont be using this service again. Avoid.
