        Outstanding customer service! So patient with our son who is under 5 and has autism. Replaced a broken set so quickly and without question! Would recommend to anyone and wouldnt go anywhere else for his glasses!

        The best optician I have been to and I have been to many over 20years. Very thorough, experienced and with a gentle manner. I am glad I ditched corporate high street money grabbers for a respectable, first class service thats reasonably priced.

        Very very rude would never ever go there again....if they dont know what customer service is or how to behave with customers they should quit their job or close the shop! Would never recommend getting your job done here....
