I took my boys for their first eye test here. The optician was very thorough as well as being friendly. The boys had a brilliant first experience and I felt very reassured. Thank you for a great service.

This is my "go to" opticians, I travel from London to see them because of the quality service they provide. The level of detail that they go into to make sure that you get the right solution for your needs is simply amazing. I've tried the high street variants before and they don't come close to the personal, caring and quality service that the team at Moore's provide. Thank you for always being 10/10.

Visited with my mother, both of us for eye tests and screening. The optometrist Shamina was very very kind and caring! Recommended practical and true advice instead of trying to sell us pointless overpriced services or products which other highly commercialised opticians are doing. Thank you so much and to the 2 ladies at reception and mending the glasses too. Very polite and helpful. Not rushing anyone or judging in any kind of way. Really relieved by this visit.

I have been going to Moores opticians since I was a little girl, and I always have the best service from them. Last year i went for a normal routine check up. The opticianist saw I had swollen optic nerves, she immediately sent me to New Cross where they found I had Palademia stage 2 and more tests were done. I was eventually hospitalised as it was fluid in brain, but the fluid had caused pressure and build up on my optic nerve. I was diagnosed with IIH. The neurologist said if it wasn't for my opticanist picking the fluid up and her quick thinking, my outcome would have been very different and I could have lost my sight. I fobbed of my other symptoms thinking it was just headaches and cold like symptoms. Even now they check my eyes regularly and help me with any questions and have literally saved my life !!!. My husband also uses them now after being with another optician's all his life to find that he sees better and has better service with Moores opticians. My whole family is with Moores now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I thank my lucky stars that the opticians found my illness .... my life would have been very different for the worse if it wasn't for them. 5* for all there's services They are kind, professional, cleanliness, knowledgeable, respectable and trustable and affordable. Thank you so much to everyone at moores opticians, I will be forever grateful for you saving my sight!!!
