The worst nursery ever, there was no settling down session the place looked so dirty the staff are unprofessional my gut instinct told me not to send my son there but I did as it was down the road, my son was traumatised and they kept saying he will settle and he never did, he now goes to a different nursery and is so much happier there and goes for his full day sessions, it just goes to show the difference.

My daughter loves it here - the staff are friendly and informative on day-to-day events and the way they treat the children is excellent. Theres been some big improvements over the last few months and, as parents, we are more than pleased with what the nursery are doing. Cant wait to see what they do next!

Pulled out my son and reported to Ofsted and Local Authorities. Management needs to do something about this place. Was not happy with seeing pictures of my child being fed off a floor with no plate, pictures of him in a dirty garden that has piled old dirty toys that looked like they were about to fall on the children, only grey tar in the garden nothing stimulating for the kids, manager never knowing what is going on with my child. Yet they wrre quick to take 700 every month. The nursery ignoring his speech therapy recommendations for 10 months.- the list goes on. Becky and Sophie the old managers really would go a long way for the kids but you could see the problem is upper management. Thankful also to staff like Isha who had passion and love but overall- this nursery is a no go area! My son is ina new nursery with all the support put in place and he is now thriving.

From a work point of view I wouldnt recommend working here. Very long hours very little praise. No resources for activities. Although the old manager was fabulous and would go above and beyond to help you. Management above her wasnt so understanding. Only worked here for a short period of time and that was enough. Other branches maybe different.
