        I use this shop regularly to collect parcels. I have never had a problem. Staff are always polite and friendly. Thoroughly recommend this service.

        Took a yodel parcel in for collect+ and the guy refused to scan the barcode. Unhelpful, needlessly rude and completely ridiculous. Why refuse a service you apparently provide with no explanation?

        My husband and I had a really poor experience in this shop. The staff were just unnecessarily rude to us (particularly the younger guy) when we went in to enquire about Collect+. We'll never go back!
