Shit the man was rude, didnt understand what I was saying, really rough fingers were hurting after, I asked for shorter nails didnt get that, I had a photo that I wanted my nails to be but nope he decided how he wanted my nails to be, started doing weird orange and dark purple dots so I told him to re do them I was a bridesmaid and wanted my nails natural and neutral which is why I had the pics of my nails than he took the dots off and got a women to do my nails yet it still wasnt what I asked for. Ive had the worst customer service and nails Ive ever experienced! My nails were not the same colour, length, design as I wanted. They werent filed straight then they are all different lengths! There are air bubbles in the acrylic. The colour is see through and theyve build no apex into the nail. They hadnt gone down to the cuticle so my 2 day old nails look a week old! I messaged them telling them all of this they asked when I could come in to fix then want to charge me 45 to fix there mistakes then tell me I cant have a refund ! Will never use them again! Terribly unprofessional and terrible service

Friend went in for acrylics, they did an APPALLING job, we phoned up to complain, and they told us to come back the next day so she could get a refund and get the nails taken off. Went back, he denied they'd offered a refund, after a lengthy discussion he offered to refund 25, when they'd finished he offered 20,and wouldn't budge. They were dishonest and rude. There was no price list or nail tech carts on display. Avoid this place at all costs.

Awful! My usual nail salon was too busy to see me but I was desperate for my nails to be done, I came across posh nails and thought Id give them a go. The man told me to sit down and I waited for him he came back stinking of cigarettes, he didnt even bother washing his hands. I told him what I wanted, I specified I wanted my nails shorter & he kept saying later. The salon was busy with walk ins and I felt he was more interested in rushing me to get to the other clients, one lady had her nails started then was told to wait for someone else to finish them. I also wanted my toe nails painted, the man had done my pattern on my nails & pointed at another lady & said she will finish you off and paint your toes, whilst she was doing this 3 or 4 other man came in the salon, they knew the staff and were talking so loud it was intimidating. I was really not happy with my nails at all, but felt too scared to say anything, I wont be going back. My nails ste wonky, sharp different sizes and were never shortened like I requested.
