Avoid at all costs. They are never there they don't return your calls receptionist very abrupt 3 years to get a grant of probate is a joke they say they can't find paper work blaming the ladies, case is very complicated (for 1 bank account) I don't think so. Could go on forever and fill about 5 pages of complaints Rant over for now.

I really cannot believe this company exists, I have waited for 7 months to exchange, once the funds where sent to them they shut the office, 11 calls ignored by the solicitor, ignored the client's calls for weeks, rude receptionist. the client had to sit in the reception for three hours to make sure they exchanged, I could go on and on with the awful service they provided but it would fill pages, the only reason they have any stars is because you cannot issue minus stars. avoid this company. Terrible

Rang to see if they can support me with a property transfer, but they refused as I'm not an existing customer!!! How do I become an existing customer, you can't!!!! Whta??? How did you even become a solicitor? No problem, I've sent a customer service manual to you, should be receiving it anytime soon!! Bloody horrendous!!
