They threaten you with charges if you miss a gas check, repair call , yet there communication with their tenants is horrendous.

Had my flat since 2016 reported my repairs constantly got no toilet or hot water to have a bath and my health is getting bad due to it I've got bugs in my water and a leak from my washer which ruins down under to bottom flat been told to drink bath water as well and I've got mouth infection

Poor service my bungalow is black in places with mould. I suffer from lung illness but they aint bothered as long as they keep getting their rent every month but Im going to hold it back until they put installation in my loft because I have found out there is nothin in the loft .

Properties are infested with asbestos tiles etc , probably in the plaster and roof and other hidden places , I've asked them to look at it and they refused , I had broken aspestos tiles in my property and they were not removed correctly they come round with crow bars to take them up, they did not wet the tiles to prevent fibres from entering the air , so I've probably got aspestos fibres lying around in my property , thanks WHG I also have other issues with them manipulating in compaint responses to me , please be aware of this behaviour In addition they have been adding information that's not true and nothing to do with the complaints I write, in an attempt to discredit me. The tactics they use are unscrupulous / hidden They will try and make you think that your in the wrong and you will question your own sanity. I believe it's a form of emotional abuse. In addition to WHG response below, no you won't put things right , so please don't try to make people think that you are putting things right, I have already complained to the housing ombudsman about your behaviour, because you have failed address my complaint.
