Travelodge Walsall

Family room big, needed a more thorough clean- chip in corner or room, carpet discoloured and hair on door. We had to ask for more towels and reception was unmanned when we got there but polite when they finally checked us in. Shower in bathtub was great. Directly opposite large Tesco, greggs etc. to the right of the hotel is an English Indian restaurant. Parking limited.

Rooms: Cleen and beds comfy Nearby activities: Mcdonalds out side main door tesco accross the road Safety: Felt safe enough for personal safety, but we did have one off our vans stolen and one broken in too Food & drinks: Not too bad if you like fast food

Rooms are good value for money. Parking will cost you but reasonable, I guess. My only gripe was the cost and the customer service at the contact center(rather lack of it) Appalling customer services. Advisers only following poor unreasonable policies, but delivery and empathy are poor. To be honest I probably will use it again as convenient and reasonably priced. Food & drinks: Near tesco and maccies and a few other restaurants and high street so great location
