        I am Sixth Form student from Blue Coat Cofe Academy. I previously completed my work experience of 2 weeks here at MSA Care Services. I am very privileged to have had that valuable experience in the administration office. All senior staff were very welcoming and played a huge part to why I enjoyed my work experience. I was treated as an equal and allowed to help in so many ways. I am really glad to have had this experience and hope to take these key skills I learnt with me. Working in the office showed me how hardworking and caring all staff members are. Thank you MSA Care

        My mother has been having care for a while from MSA and I have to stay they are the best agency we've had. The girls who care for my Mom are lovely, friendly and professional and put Mom at ease, she looks forward to their visits. Also, spoke with the manager Nazia to get some advice who went out of her way to help even though it wasn't directly related to Mom's care. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!
