Capita PIP

Had a PIP assesment. Staff courteous polite. Assessor understanding and took time to listen and written everything i was saying. There is a ramp for wheelchairs and assesmrnt rooms on lower floor. Corridors could be a bit wider though. The downside is location, parking difficult due to double yellow lines and in a very unkept area of the town. Also worrying is there is a security gaurd on premises, obviously alot of people not accepting what is told them and causing problems or could just be the dodgy area it is based. Personly i found all staff very polite and introduced themselves and i felt comfortable in their presence. Only 3 stars due to location

Recently had a home visit PIP assessment from Walsall Capita Assessor GF. Arrived on time. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and well prepared. Knew my application in detail. Put my wife and I at ease. I felt my circumstances were well explored. Full explanations of questions when requested. All stages of the process explained. A much less stressful experience than I had worried it would be. Thank you.

What a joke because I can walk .I am OK and don't qualify. I have suffered with mental health problems for years but If I take drugs or I am a alcoholic I will probably get it all i can do now is end my life .maybe you have done me a fav6

Dwp assessors there small office in Walsall, not very adapted for wheelchair access. Privacy in rooms is an issue, you can here what is being talked about in the next room! Capita assessors did not introduce herself or say what qualifications she had, alsi rapid fire questions to the person being intervewed. Not very professional
