As for the staff member Zobia at the checkouts, she needs some serious training. Zobia ripped a customers bag at the checkouts, and when the customer politely put her items into a replacement t
bag, Zobia threatened the customer that if she did not pay another 10p that she would get her arrested. I saw the lady in the street once she left the shop, she was in floods of tears as she was so scared she was going to be arrested, I think the poor lady suffered from mental health as she said she hadnt been out in 3 months and just wanted to try and make the effort.. Its played on my mind since... I hope the lady is okay bless her
