Really good place to train, loads of equipment to use and you can train everything here such as martial arts, circuit training and bodybuilding. The prices are good but the mats and cage need cleaning there is hair and sweat and just dirt on the floor also looks like drinks have been spilled. If the cleanliness of the place were better i would have 4. The sauna you have to put coins in which is ridiculous, i think if you pay to train there you shouldn't have to pay for the use of the sauna. Showers aren't good i would just go home and have a shower to be honest. You have to pay for the parking but it cant be helped which is understood you can probably get somewhere on the road for free if your lucky. But overall this gym is good for training purely because of the range of equipment it has, just needs to be cleaner
