        Andrea (one of the work coaches at this centre) is extremely argumentative and rude. Ive spoken to her over the phone on one occasion and she seemed very hostile. Never again. She clearly has no intention of truly helping others get to work. Avoid dealing with her at all costs.

        I've always been treated with kindness and respect here, for me back wen I wasn't on esa, for my mother, and for others I've attended to translate for them? If you go in like a grump your gunna get the same ENERGY back, LOL there are some nice staff here Even the ones who looked grumpy I've always smiled back to get the SAME they don't wanna be there just as much as u lot signing on LOL, be kind xxxx it's not their fault the gov have such silly rules xxx
