Purchased a sofa and a 1 seater from here, they were meant to deliver 2 days after purchase. 3weeks later and the 5th time of them telling me they would deliver I asked for a refund, which I did receive. Just to name a few of their reasons on why they couldnt deliver.. the van broke, theyve had to fire people, the delivery driver had concussion and they had to go to a funeral. I was promised every time they would deliver on certain dates and was even told they was going to hire a van for the next day, then they would ignore you for 24hrs. Then come up with their excuses. Its hard to give people the benefit of doubt when its one excuse after the other. Very unprofessional.
