Massive thank you to the Hatherton road branch for organising my mom's funeral Sarah who organised everything just perfect sincere and genuine made it that bit easier nothing was to much trouble .Many thanks to my funeral director Richard so professional and courteous the whole time felt genuine and traditional which my mom would have loved a real professional service .I cannot express my thanks enough to Sarah and Richard they are a credit to the company highly recommended thank you

A big thanks to the team at Hatherton Street for their care and attention whilst arranging my mother's cremation. They were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, and I'd highly recommend their services. There was no pressure to take on any additional services (we used the Bronze service), and we were treated with respect throughout. Well done to Becci and the team, and Andy (who led the hearse team staff on the day).
