5 stars? Can I give 10 stars? I don't know where to start! Ivy-Lou and her team delivered a bespoke and caring service. She went above and beyond her call of duty. I won't list all she did for us as thats personal, but if there's ever another bereavement in our family we will definitely be using Falconer Funerals again. I've recommended her services to many. She really is a step above the rest. There's not many black owned funeral homes in and around the West Midlands area. So its a pleasure to see her rise and shine like she should. Many would want to see her fail, but she holds her head high and treats all families the same. Constantly professional even when having a laugh with her. What a lovely lady. What a lovely family. Keep doing what you're doing Falconer Funerals... you're brother would be proud of you. *****stars. Thankyou x

I highly recommend using Falconers Funeral directors. This family run business will go above and beyond for your family in order to provide you with outstanding service and ensure your loved one who has passed away gets the best send off. Very professional and efficient. Anything you need they will make sure you receive. If you are looking for 1st class service and a pleasant experience then contact them immediately and you will see yourself. Just wanted to say thank you again for giving my mom the best send off.
