This company sends out letters stating that you need to be in to have your front door measured up. Now as I had used all my holidays from work at this point I had to lose a couple of hours money in order for them to measure the door. I waited in for 4 hours (2 hours longer than expected) to have no one attend my property. When I phoned them to see what was going on I was told they had been out an measured my door. This baffled me as I had no one knock on my door. They then stated that they found out last week that we didn't need to stay in the house as the measurements could be taken from outside of the property. No one could be bothered to let the clients no that they did not need to be in. They state that they WILL NOT be reimbursing me for my monies lost due to them. Then when they say they will be fitting my door today between 8-9am I recieve a text message at 8.55 stating they will be here at roughly 1pm that is 4 hours after they said they would be here. The managers do not care that there workers are causing there clients nothing but grief. Have spoken to numerous of my neighbours and they are also disgusted with this company. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this company like the plague

Wow what a total disgrace of a company . Do not use this company . The stress they put you through really is not worth it . They have no control over the workers they use . That don't have a plan . Again DO NOT USE this company. They don't even contact you if you are waiting for someone to do some work and they don't show up. How they are in business is beyond me . Should be able to give no stars .

Up till now still waiting for my kitchen to be finished as they hid the electric cable for my cooker hood behide the fan so can't plug it in also fitted sockets right next to cooker if u are thinking of contracting these guys don't Bunch of cowboys also been 2 months still haven't been back now they don't want to no so haveing to go dwn legal action now and had a electrical engineer come to test the sockets in kitchen all failed wires not even been put in sockets disgusting
