Absolute worst McDonalds ever, the McFlurry came melted, no cookie in bag, fries were absolute stone cold steve austin but still oily (basically half cooked) - completely miss the items every time on UberEats/JustEat orders not just this order, cant get the basics right, each time I think the orders and service will improve but unfortunately no improvements, managers need to get training done, no care taken whatsoever, there is another branch nearby called Wisemore, avoid that one too, theyre just as worse, will no longer will be ordering from these clowns in future. Waste of time and money

I waited two hours for my order to be delivered and after waiting two hours they still didn't deliver my order and they gave me my money back, I had the same problem more than 15 times and the store is 7 minutes away

Going down hill here. Just sat waiting for my food for 30 mins after going through drive through. Then order was wrong. The trouble is now you have them trying to do too much, you got the people waiting to be served inside, people going through drive through the staff running around doing orders for uber. They need a separate mcdonalds outlet to do delivery in my opinion. You can't park either as most car park taken up by delivery drivers including disabled bays. Feel sorry for the staff inside to be honest. But it's a shambles.
