    The staff gets overwhelmed and not given enough support from higher ups at McDonald's, very clear whoever opened the site has gone over their head with requirements thay busy site like this requires. Really hoping the staff unionises. If they can push daily deals on the menu they can inform clients they aren't able to provide enough burgers instead of making the staff look bad. Good on you crew you killing it

    I waited two hours for my order to be delivered and after waiting two hours they still didn't deliver my order and they gave me my money back, I had the same problem more than 15 times and the store is 7 minutes away

    Gradually got worse with each visit here. Last 2 occasions the self service machines have no receipt paper so had to guess which order was mine. Left waiting nearly 15 minutes for food after the screen showed it as 'ready for collection'. Burger was okay but fries were cold and dry. Basic expectations were not met, simple things like clean tables - only one table in the whole downstairs area was clear (upstairs was closed). Rubbish and food left on every other one and on the floor. No staff cleaned once during our visit yet they had time to stand around chatting in the kitchen and to customers that were obviously friends of theirs. No serviettes available so couldn't even clean a table myself. Online orders clearly prioritised over customers actually in the restaurant. I expect at least the basics from somewhere like McDonalds. Overall, a disappointing experience.
