        I needed two Xpelair extractor fans urgently - the fans were on the website, but I couldnt get the order through. I phoned up and was helped by through the process. Not only did he process the payment, he double checked that the items were in stock. He also arranged delivery, via FedEx, such that I had my order less than 24 hours later. Fantastic service!
