A superb practice.Vaccination system brilliant. Positive and experienced .My son did get a telephone appointment relatively easily. Thank you team especially at this trying time.

Waiting is appalling/ standards have dropped drastically/ give u atitude / doctors prescribe pills as a short cut Need bk a surgery that used to run smoothly

Had to have a blood test today and as usual the reception staff were polite and friendly. Nurse Bradbury was the one who called me in and as usual i was out and on my way sharpish as soon as she made sure I was ok. Great service as always.

Very bad experience. Ive called sycamore house yesterday and today. Being on the phone from 0800 to 0845. At 0845 a receptionist answered me and said no appointment left and she said she is the only one to handle the call as an explanation of the delay. Receptionist told me that many of her staffs are off sick. Ive contacted the surgery for my three year old son who was very poorly. She told me to contact NHS 111 or out of hours GP practise. This staff even doesnt know that NHS 111 service is not for under 5 . Disappointed sorry

I rang this morning for an appointment as I had felt unwell all weekend. The receptionist was very personable and I was offered an appointment this afternoon. The doctor was lovely, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication. Thank you all at Sycamore House. In the many years I have been a patient I have always been treated with kindness and courtesy.
