New China Kitchen

Had some salt n pepper wing from here last night. I now have a fever and my backside is like a high pressure hot tap. Dirty place.

Food was decent - however I found a fingernail in my rice that I almost choked on. I also saw hairs in my chow mein and dandruff in my noodles. I will not be eating here again!

Delicious food at a very reasonable price. Its old school but thats how a Chinese takeaway should be. No thrills but great food and service.

I would say I would rate New China Kitchen between 3 and 4 stars. It most of the time offers a very good service, but it can depend on what you order. Something they need to improve straight away is the customer service over-the-phone. The different people that answer the phone either cannot speak very clearly or don't sound very pleasant. The food we order most of the time is great, and the price compared to other Chinese fast food services has similarities. I order the special curry with fried rice which I strongly recommend. One thing I would say don't order is the chips. Occasionally they are okay, but so many times such as last night they were dry and tasted as though they had been cooked a series of times for other orders. Give them a try and see what you think.
