I was left waiting over an hour for my food all the staff was standing round talking not doing anything. So we asked for a refund once I asked for the refund I waited 5 working days. Still not refund I call up several times before someone actually helps me out and then I get an email and they dont even refund me the right amount I paid. Honestly avoid this Nandos at all cost its terrible.

Nice location in Walsall town centre, park in the side streets to save a few quid on parking, good service however they got one meal wrong, remedied quickly However as the whole chain doesn't allow, table bookings, it could be a bit of a pain, waiting, however there were tables available on a Saturday night. Parking: Pay & display in car park all the time, park in nearby side streets for free parking

Im so disappointed with the service today at Nandos. Of course I expect a proper professional and good quality food but it turns out theres a nail on my friends plate. This breaks my heart I love Nandos so much and Im a big fan. Honestly Im very disappointed about everything. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come to this place PLS. Change the MANAGER! ASAP! PLS! Because shes disrespecting my friend as she said its not nail like cmon. Im expecting to change this system in the future.

Went here late one evening and the music was blaring. Manager (woman) thought it was acceptable even though she couldn't hear us. To top the awful customer service I was fed chicken for the first time in over 20 years. Nandos consider giving u a 25 voucher is enough for this ordeal. Vegetarians, Vegans etc be careful in this branch check your food before eating there, if you can recognise meat!
