Onyx Body Piercing and Laser Tattoo Removal

From the moment I enquired about laser tattoo removal to the moment I left the studio this afternoon, I was made to feel welcome! I had a test patch done by Hannah who was so lovely and explained everything thoroughly, putting my mind at ease! I then had my nose piercing changed from a stud to a ring by Matt, who again, was the most caring piercer I've ever met! Every single step was explained, and he kept asking if I was okay before carrying on! We had a bit of an issue getting the ring in (as the hole had healed straight etc), but Matt persevered and got it in! I love it! I can't wait to have the rest of my laser removals done here! I got a tongue piercing from here and was slightly nervous but Hannah was reassuring and so amazing!! So fast and little to no pain - swelling is so minimal too, couldnt ask 4 more

I went to get a piercing changed once and the girl was friendly, professional, made sure hygiene protocol was followed, charged me a fair amount and provided good service. I went back today because I needed a longer bar because the piercing I had yesterday had swollen up too much and was bleeding. The sign on the door said "back in 15 minutes", we waited 10 minutes, nobody came back and the sign was still there. I had another errand to do so I disappeared and came back 40 minutes later. Sign still on the door. Door still locked. Bloke walking around with gloves on. Knocked the door and he told me it was closed. Your website says you close at 5:30. I arrived at 3:30, we were back at 4:15, if you're closed, you're bloody closed, what the hell is with the "Back in 15 minutes"? Write "Closed". I'd recommend the girl. Just don't plan on the place actually being open.
