        Don't normally leave reviews but have to say the young gentleman in the option is excellent, what a friendly person who straightened my glasses and brought my sunglasses and he altered them to fit my big head just a very professional and helpful person well done Boots

        Pros: Advantage card points. Generally a clean and well faced up store. Staff are usually very friendly and you rarely see them chatting around with their colleagues. Things are generally easy to find within the store. Cons: Pharmacy NEVER answer the phone no matter what time of day you ring. Pharmacy are always short staffed- when I go in person Id be at the front of the queue, then the queue would build then Id be told to sit down for half hour while everyone else would get their prescriptions straight away
