This afternoon i was assisted by 3 delightful ladies in the Walsall branch. I had travelled 150 miles to buy a car and the deal almost fell through as I'd missed the 3 o'clock deadline for a CHAPS payment. They pulled out all the stops and saved me an additional round trip! I really cannot thank them enough, they went the extra mile and made me feel proud to bank with these kind of people. Thankyou all very much.

Not many staff on, two machines out of order and other lady behind desk was clearly just having a gossip. Didnt send me a new card so now it was out of date.

Very underwhelming customer service, the good old days when they stayed open till 3pm for people that have to work on Saturdays
