Fletcher cake studios really helped me out on Friday, I ordered a 60th Birthday Cake and paid for it from M&S which didn't even get made, I went to Fletchers, they supplied me with a delicious cake with everything I asked for ! And within one hour of asking, brilliant ! the cake was lovely, service was excellent, I should have gone their first Many thanks again highly recommended

Disappointed at the customer service. Tried to order a cake but Kerry is rude and not very helpful. I wanted to order a cake within my budget but Kerry did not want the customer service or try to see where we could bring the costs down so I could order from her. I explained I would order without the toppings, but she said 'you cant expect a cake without decorations'- just very rude. Not interested in any orders. I tried to avoid ordering from a bigger business and give my money to a small local business, but this is why these businesses fail. Was hoping to order on a regular basis as the rest of my family order from Fletchers but will take our business elsewhere.
