        I'm autistic and I didn't understand how to work the greggs app. A really lovely lady called Kelly who works here couldn't do enough to help me and showed me what I had to do. So pleased thankyou.

        I asked one of the staff if they could clean off the table and seat so we can sit there, she said she'll be over shortly and when she did she didn't even smile when we said thank you and she not did the job right so disgusted
