TGI Fridays - Walsall

Food was over priced for what we got. Burger was literally just a burger on a plate for 20 no extras, ribs were burnt and hardly any meat on it and the garlic bread was rock hard and cold. Overall wouldnt eat here. Service was good, waiters trying their best however cannot say the same for whoever is making the food!

I don't normally like to leave bad reviews as i have worked in this type of industry before so I do sympathise with the staff to an extent but after last night I'm having to leave this review so me and my friend went last night for a catch session and thought it was a good idea as we wanted to try somewhere different we had made it on time at 7:30 for our reservation and had to wait as it was relatively busy was waiting at the bar for 30 minutes no one has noticed us and wasn't even served for drinks until 35 minutes after we was waiting and then once we had our drinks orders I had to go over and ask to be seated as there was people who came in after us who was being seated before us and then once we was seated had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone to come over to us to order our starters and mains then waited another 15-20 minutes for our starters and then once we was finished with our starters no one came to clear them and then was waiting another 30-40 minutes maybe a bit longer for our mains to turn up and we wasn't even table checked to make sure our mains was okay and then once we was finished with our meals we was waiting for someone to clear the plates and bring the bill over and then was left waiting another 10-15 minutes waiting to pay for the bill so overall wasn't the best experience that me and my friend have had only good thing out of the whole evening was that our drinks tasted good.

Food was very basic for what we paid ,for the main course I had the Fridays mixed grill, very dry and chips were awful

Has a very large food and drinks menu including various vegan options. I tried the Raspberry Crush drink and absolutely fell in love with it; was very tart. I also had the meatless chicken fajitasas a Mexican American these were about average and the flavour profile was very different to what I'm used to when it comes to fajitas but it was not bad. Would have liked more meat and tortillas as it felt like 60% onions.
