Avoid like COVID. They seem to have a good presence in the UK amongst Training Providers, God only knows how. At the start we paid over 2000 to have 10 Courses accredited. There was absolutely no work done by them regarding quality assuring our content. Over the 1st year no one ever called us or emailed us to help with our development or even say 'we are here to help you'. The 2nd year was the same. Our membership elapsed and no one contacted us to renew. We checked our records and contacted them to make sure we were still members. Emailed them our 10 Courses that we wanted accredited. In January 2023 we had a client contact them at their own decision and one of their Team said to them that none of our Courses were accredited. Nobody followed up this call to us. I rang them for an explanation of 'what is going on' and their reply was 'you are members but none of your courses are accredited'. No real heartfelt apology was offered. I get a call from another employee who again offered a poor type of apology. Then a remarkable call from their resigned Director Martin Rowe who swore at me twice to 'effing get our logo of your website' accusing us of lying in use of their logo. A farce of a company. A farce of a service. Accreditation is a joke with non professionals accredited any old rubbish. Avoid the CPD Certification Service at all costs.
