Tech Agents

Our business of housing London's homeless people uses Tech Agents as our 'first responder' for everything from a printer problem to a branch's network connection going offline or a user's PC failing to boot up. The are very responsive and work within our normal property maintenance procedures, reducing internal paperwork and keeping everything documented. Tech Agents also provides many of our properties with a hassle-free managed broadband service. ('Hassle free' means no phone menu when you call and they never say "your call is important to us" and they never put you in a queue.) Late last year they installed a unified network linking our servers to all our London branches and to our large back-office operation in India. We now have a totally encrypted network, necessary because of our GDPR responsibilities, and Tech Agents can monitor it and reconfigure it remotely from their computers. Once the newly integrated network was operational, Tech Agents helped us select a new server which they installed. This replaced our two very old servers and upgraded us to the latest version of Windows Server software. They worked closely with our main software provider and the result is simplified server and network cabinet and a faster response time for all.
