Loft conversions London Scott McCabe Associates Ltd

SMA completed our loft in September 2022. The standard of work was exceptional and all of the staff/trades were warm, friendly and brilliant at their craft. We had to wait quite some time for the build to begin from placing our deposit, but the wait was worth it and the right thing to do given the size of our investment. We wanted to make sure we were working with the best, and SMA truly were. Couldnt recommend them highly enough! Kate and Stu

What an appalling telephone manner. I spoke to somebody who said a follow-up call would happen. It didn't so I called back. The person, who said she was the only person in the office, didn't remember the call and then became tense and defensive. She turned down the enquiry for some potential business. Nasty, arrogant, unhelpful. Home improvers, beware.

Having waited a few months for SMA Lofts to provide a no obligation quote, the day finally arrived when the surveyor visited my property. I spent an hour and half speaking to the surveyor and showing him the plans etc and he left me with a promise of a quote within 24 hours. 10 months later I still haven't received anything. I found the company representative to be quite arrogant, as they claim they the best in the area blah blah blah, but without even quoting shows how unprofessional they are. I waited months for them to visit and couldn't even have the common courtesy to quote. I know several people in the area that have had work done by them (surprisingly) and they are cheap for a reason. In my mind, they didn't quote because I wanted quality job done. If you want your time wasted and an unfinished job, then go with SMA. Ty are one of the worst companies I've come across. SO ARROGANT, NOT RESPONSIVE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. To SMA don't bother responding now, you made your point.
