Opening hours could be better, but I always find the staff helpful. It's also easy to get redelivery via the royal mail website.

A few points which aren't all negative, Parking - beware. I know this isn't specifically Royal mail, but they have instructed this firm and it reflects very badly. The attendant doesn't make any effort to police parking on the street except directly outside of the Royal mail reception. He lurks in his car untill someone pulls over then emerges pretending to be on his phone and takes photos of the vehicle. This is an unscrupulous business and preys specifically on people collecting parcels. I expect it pays very well. Delivery. Royal mail aren't the best at delivering parcels, infact I would say they aren't great, so I find myself here quite regularly. I actively avoid this firm and would rather use anyone else ( except yodel). Office at ealing green. No complaints here, efficient and nice staff. Its just a business stuck in the 1970s and destined for closure.

Why haven't they shut this place down?? Next-day delivery? What a joke. My emergency contact lenses have been sitting in their office for 24 hours!! Just put us out of our misery and turn the building into flats...
