Mark came and did a service on my boiler. He did a full strip down, replaced some seals and cleaned out the condensing trap which was full and destined for a breakdown in the middle of winter... He also gave advice on how I could use less gas by tweaking radiator controls and advance programming of the heating system. He was brilliant - reliable, helpful, professional and cleaned up as he went. Its always good to have a local reliable plumber, and I heartily recommend him.

My boiler died. Charnock Plumbing moved its replacement forward. I had a quote which they stuck to despite going over and above, replacing pipes we had not originally realised needed replacing. They also called the gas board out when it was clear my pressure was low. Friendly, helpful and proactive throughout. Service: Heating system repair

Mark is professional, great value and his work is excellent. He came out to a leak in our flat in Ealing on a Friday before a bank holiday weekend. He quickly stopped the leak, and came back later over the weekend to put in place a permanent fix. He also fixed a leak to a mains water pipe (not easy!) that we found while trying to locate the first leak. He was totally professional, even when dealing with old difficult plumbing and having to crawl about in the loft; his work is great quality; and very good value, especially considering that it was over a bank holiday weekend. We're hoping not to have another leak anytime soon (!), but we will be using Mark next time we have any plumbing work. Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing pipe repair
