I have been going to Pilates Corps for about a year now and I really like going! The classes are really enjoyable, the teachers inspirational to be with and very knowledgeable and friendly too. The studio has lots of natural light flooding into it so it's a really comfortable space to practice in. Also there's lots of parking available and it's free if you do a small shop at Sainsbury on the ground floor!

I have a chronic back condition and came to Pilates reluctantly and late. It's no exaggeration to say that Pilates Corps classes have changed my life. They've made a measurable improvement in my range of movement and more generally I feel years younger. Although the approach to the Pilates studio across the upper level of the Sainsbury's car park is unpromising, the light, airy room itself is a great place to exercise. The classes are always fun and pitched at a level which is demanding enough to be satisfying without ever being daunting. Nicky and her team aren't dim gym bunnies. They are intelligent, perceptive, welcoming, knowledgable and good company. That's what keeps me and many others going back week after week.

Seeking solace from a back problem, I have attended Pilates Corps classes regularly for a couple of years now. The back pain is now a far distant memory and I have found improved core strength, flexibility and overall health and fitness, a keen tennis player, my game has improved beyond what I ever expected at my age! I am 65 and playing better than I was 10 years ago.thank you Nicky. All the classes are professionally run by well qualified teachers who have the ability to match the classes to individual needs. The Studio is perched high above the hustle and bustle of West Ealing and passing through Sainsburys car park you enter by a bright and newly painted stairway entering the studio which is an oasis of calm and has the most amazing west facing picture window where if you are attending an evening class in summer you can catch a glimpse of a sunset more Key West then West Ealing.....
