The most disgusting level of customer service, I was having a bad day experiencing something that had nothing to do with the company itself but it was playing on my mental state, the guy serving had black painted nails the only way to describe him as I didnt take his name and all he could do is tell us to hurry and make a decision as he needs to go home, although we was in a hurry too as we needed to pick up our daughter, he was So unprofessional, even though its just a cash converters, I dont expect 5 star service but it doesnt cost to be polite. As a manager myself I would never employ someone with such bad mannerisms to be one of the faces of the company Im working for.

Just don't buy from these stores, most products are poor quality and they'll do anything just to come up with a reason not to refund.

I often come here and place my items on buyback. I used to use a diffrent store but West Ealing is the only store I now use. I am always greeted with a smile and saad often has a chat with me. I appreciate that these guys actually care about people looking to lend money and realise the situation. So thank you for the jokes and laughs and your reliability. Zerai Ghebremariam
