DO NOT BOOK FOR EVENTS. I agree with previous reviews regarding the catering from this company. Took our deposit and failed to return it. We emailed several times no reply, nothing. Save your money and go else where. Your response to my review is appalling. You have my sisters name in your system, whom you have given the same reply to. This is why I warn all customers to stay away from your events company. Lack of understanding and remorse. Theives who will take your deposit and state that they have never done business or contact with you. My review is to purely saves brides and grooms and other event planners from extreme stress. Heartless individuals.

I have being to this restaurant many times. I have been the regular customer, and the staff made fun of me and my misery by laughing on my face. The opening hours on Google are deceiving, they say they are close at 11pm. But they will close the kitchen at 10pm and leave the door wide open for hungry customers so that manager can make fun of them by laughing at them. Update 3rd Nov: I just found out the manager on what I had happened on that day. I would have appreciated if manager had replied to my comment. Also, the person was laughing was a staff member and not a manager. He was just acting like he is the manager with his voice tone and the way he was laughing. Update after reply: I dont think owner investigates thoroughly, at least he is not reading reviews properly before responding. I was there for takeaway at 10 not for dine in and I didnt come at 10:30. Owner dont know the difference between smile and the big laugh. Sad, this is how they treat regular customer. Dont feel like going back there again. New Update: The taste of food have completely deteriorated from good to worst, it seems they hired a new chef with same old menu.

I just love this restaurant. Very family friendly, great food and surprisingly good value, in particular the 3 course Sunday meal deal at 25. Just had my birthday lunch there yesterday. Great place! Kid-friendliness: Just a great place to eat with kids. Staff look after you, even if kids want something not quite as it is on the menu. Just a nice relaxed atmosphere, great family venue.
