My biggest gripe was the restaurant was freezing cold. No heating and sat there with our winter coats on. My wife asked if the heaters were in and the waitress said sorry we have no heating. The food on the whole was good I must say. The garlic naan was really soft and thin with lots of garlic, probably the best I've tasted in any restaurant.we ordered the secret curry which was ok and quite different to a normal curry. The gravy was very dark and black with no tomatoes or peppers and onions that a traditional curry would have so its was the first time I've tried this type of dish. The pilau rice was good as well as the grilled chicken starter. The pani puri was tasty as well and also the black daal was good. I've realised we were not offered any water or given a salad and the customer service wasn't the best. The waiter was quite straight faced and expressionless didn't feel welcomed. To be honest spending over 100 felt really too much considering the restaurant was designed as an Indian street cafe. I hate cold restaurants and sitting on cold hard wooden benches didn't help. Overall the food was very good but the ambience, comfort, cosiness wasn't.
