Holiday Inn Express London - Ealing, an IHG Hotel

Beware! This hotel is currently closed. I don't know if I should be upset with this particular location, IHG in general, or both. In September 2022, I reserved two rooms for May 2023. It was only recently when I found out, by myself, that this location is closed until further notice. Between September 2022 and January 2023, there was no notification or update from anyone. I messaged the hotel to confirm if the booking is safe, no reply. I message IHG and their response was basically "sorry but look elsewhere". Not helpful at all. I like to book early to reserve a lower rate, now everywhere else has a higher price. Reading some of the other reviews here, I am glad that I checked because I may arrive at their front door only to find a closed hotel!

Dont book this Hotel. We booked this for 3 days and at the Moment we finally arrived after a really hard day of travelling, the unkind man said that the Hotel is closed since 2 years. So thanks to this stupid website. We had to book another Hotel spontaniously. Im glad we found a good Hotel instead of sleeping in the corner of the streets because the man wasnt able to look after an alternativ Hotel.
