I am registered with this GP since almost 13 years, was one of the best gp in the area, but since covid started this gp became one of the worst ever, they invented fake online system they refuse to see unless you go through it and everytime you go through the system you end up with message "seek medical help" you call them they puch you back to the system you go with the system endup with no result, it is really useless, contacting someone in the homeoffice way easer than calling this GP, it is really nightmare. I am sorry i took decision to leave this gp insit of they are ine road away from my home.

While Im still signed up with them, I can honestly say its one of the worst surgeries ever. Some doctors are good but that was before covid. They dont pick up the phones, they dont care if its a baby/toddler sick; they put you through a phone triage and you might not be even seen. I get a call at 5pm scaring me of sepsis and saying go to a&e when all they needed to do is see the child and find out its an ear infection. Avoid !

In the last 6 weeks Ive had an absolute nightmare with this GP surgery. They offered me a blood test 2.5 weeks away at 3pm. Even though my neurologist said it was urgent. Then when I spoke to a different receptionist they informed me blood tests cant be performed after Midday so they had to move my appointment. The main thing that needed to be checked in my blood they forgot to check. Upon making this mistake, they couldnt offer me another appointment for 2 weeks and didnt seem bothered. Theyve cancelled 2 of my appointments via text within the last month due to unforeseen circumstances. Finally, when I was prescribed new medication, after 2 days they still hadnt sent the request through to the pharmacy. Side note, Northfields pharmacy are amazing. If you can get yourself to another GP surgery, I would, this place is a shambles and has been for years.
