Would not recommend this Place. Very disappointed with their customer service. My partner had a funeral on a Friday and I dropped his jacket in on the Tuesday before asking would it be ready on Friday morning if not I would go somewhere else. The lady working there said yes and gave me the collection ticket saying Friday. My partner went on the Friday morning around 9.30am but it was closed. He understood that maybe they had popped out so he came back half hour later. The gentlemen behind the counter then said the coat wasn't ready and that he would dropped it to out home. My partner text him the postcode and had paid for the jacket. Long story short he had to wear a different jacket and the jacket was only ready the following Monday for collection. We asked for a refund or a some money back but the lady behind the counter said that we she already give us a good price on the jacket 12 for the area and that she could not help. We Went to a laundrette down the road just to query about getting the jacket dry cleaned and they said it would cost us 8. Its not about the money just the poor customer service and the fact they were not honest.
