I bought shavata day long brow tint at shavata house of Fraser Guildford. I didn't use the product until it was needed 4 weeks later when I found out that it was completely dried out and I was unable to use it. I returned the product to the store and was told I would Need to contact Head Office. This is the second time I have been sold a dried out product from this outlet and last time was told by head office to return to the store. I am at a loss as surely the product is not fit for purpose and I should be given a full refund. Do not purchase these products.
